Innovative and technical creativity High-tech competition held in Belarus Innovative development. Minsk hosted the first ever Republican High–tech competition of innovative and technical creativity among youth in Belarus. Robot technologies, unmanned flying machines, neiropiloting. About one hundred school attendants from all over Belarus presented their ambitious inventions to the jury of the competition.

Ksenia Kaminskaya, participant of the Republican High–tech competition of innovative and technical creativity among youth:
You turn it on manually; everything else is done with your brain. The less I think, the lower it is. The more I think, the better it is.

Being only 11, Ksenya can transfer thoughts on a technical level. It is something like telepathy. There is a game and a neirohelmet. The helmet reads electrical signals off from a brain and transfers them onto a tablet, and then the tablet complies with the instructions.

It is very difficult to control your thoughts. Not everyone can do it. Some people's brain activeness is very low. Nevertheless I practice, I stare at one particular point and then everything goes blurry and then the brain starts thinking.

The future program developer Vadim is one of the authors of an industrial robot. He says that if the invention is looked into more thoroughly, its possibilities are a lot wider.

I want to invent a robot which would help people with disabilities, and which will bring them different things.

Dozens of ideas were presented at the competition. The best inventions will be taking part in international competitions.

Belarus isn’t behind other countries. The spheres appear and the main thing is to hold on to them. If it is really in demand, then education of virtual technologies will be the most popular in the world. A studio of virtual reality is planned to be opened in Belarus.

Neiropiloting, 3D printing using chocolate, unmanned flying machines technologies. As many as seven nominations and three winners in each of them. It once again proves that Belarus has never lacked and never will experience shortage of ideas. All the conditions for the innovative development have been created in Belarus. A good and beneficial idea today is an article of value.
