Kazakh parliamentary delegation pays tribute to WWII victims during visit to Minsk

The creation of joint Belarusian-Kazakh industries and new economic projects were discussed during the visit of the parliamentary delegation of Kazakhstan headed by Chairman of the Majilis. The guests arrived in Minsk on March 15.

Today, the delegation is scheduled to hold talks with Belarusian government officials and MPs.

The Belarusian land, the people of Belarus have made a very large contribution to the victory in the Great Patriotic War.

Over one 1.3 million Belarusian soldiers took part in battles on all fronts of the Great Patriotic War.

496 citizens of Belarus were awarded the title of the Hero of the Soviet Union. We would like to express gratitude to the leadership of the Republic of Belarus for the memory about the heroes of the Great Patriotic War which the country gently and tenderly preserves.
