Seven days with taste! The Belarusian cuisine Week kicks off in Minsk on 27 February. This "gastronomic marathon" will be held for the 13th time.
As always, cafes and restaurants will serve five national dishes, prepared by a single formulation.
At this time gourmets are invited to taste vereshchaka with pancakes, jellied carp and potato dumplings, at democratic prices.
More than 100 metropolitan cafes and restaurants have updated their menus. Moreover, national dishes will cost the same regardless of the price category of an eatery.
