More than a thousand foreigners have visited Belarus visa-free since the abolishment of visas. Citizens of 46 countries have already used this opportunity.
Belarus is the most popular among Germans, Poles and Italians. However, there are also visitors from some distant countries such as Malta, Ireland, Bahrain and others. The majority of these are businessmen.
The visa-free regime for a period of five days became effective in Belarus on February 12. Visas were abolished for citizens of 80 countries.
The only limitation is the duration of stay (no longer than five days) and arrival only through National Airport Minsk (Minsk-2 airport).
