Belarus wins 11 medals at FIS Freestyle Skiing Europa Cup in Raubichi

Belarus has won 11 medals, including five gold, at the FIS Freestyle Skiing Europa Cup in Raubichi.

The final day of the ski acrobatics competition in Raubichi very much resembled the open championship of Belarus, in which the main roles were played by the hosts. Individual medals were contested only in one attempt this time, which was also a qualifying criterion for the team competition.

Belarusian freestylers Pavel Dik, Artem Bashlakov and Ilya Gorelik occupied all steps on the men's podium.

On the women's side, victory went to Belarusian Anna Evseenko. Silver went to Ukrainian Alexandra Shnip and German Emma Weiss.

In the team tournament, Belarusians were at the top too: gold went to Belarus II team, with Belarus I winning silver and Kazakhstan bagging bronze.

In just three days of the competition the Belarusian ski acrobats won five gold, two silver and four bronze medals.
