Belarus and Russia will find a common language in the settlement of disputes, said Sergei Lebedev, head of the CIS Executive Committee.
The politician is convinced that the difficulties are temporary and they will not affect the Commonwealth, since both countries are active supporters of the integration.
Sergei Lebedev, Chairman of the Executive Committee - CIS Executive Secretary:
Relations between Russia and Belarus have always been marked by closeness, they have been particularly close ties against the background of relationships with other states. And here I cannot but agree with the President of Belarus, who said that this is a temporary phenomenon, and certainly we will find a common language. I also firmly believe that common ground will be found. Like we all find common language in each family after a while. There are some inconsistencies, differences. Our states are headed by wise leaders so I am convinced they will find a solution. I think these difficulties are temporary.
