Belarusians can leave words of support to the bereaved families and to the brotherly people of Russia until the evening of 27 December. The book of condolences at the Russian Embassy in Minsk is open until 17 pm.
In the morning, head of the upper house of the Belarus parliament Mikhail Myasnikovich left an entry in this book. Ordinary Belarusians also mourn for the irreparable loss. They continue to bring flowers and light oil lamps near Russia's diplomatic mission in the Belarus capital.
The Belarus President recommended to cancel all entertaining events on December 26 and ordered to fly flags on government buildings at half-mast after the Russian Tu-154 plane crash in which over 90 people died.
