Irkutsk region governor visiting Belarus

Belarus and the Irkutsk region have to find reserves to increase mutual trade, said President Alexander Lukashenko at a meeting with the governor of the Russian region, Sergei Levchenko.

On December 6, a delegation of the Irkutsk region is on a visit to Belarus. At the moment, the negotiations continue at the Independence Palace. The Irkutsk officials will then meet with the Belarus government.

Early in the morning, the foreign guests honored the memory of those killed during the Great Patriotic War, which is part of WWII (1941-1945). Representatives of the Russian delegation laid red carnations at the Eternal Flame and a wreath at the monument in Victory Square in Minsk center.
