Confederation of Indian Industry may open office in Belarus

Belarus hopes to reach a higher level of trust of the strategic partnership with India. Belarusian logistics, expanding the horizons of trading, are actively involved in the delivery of goods to Indian colleagues.

With their help, Belarusian-made goods are exported not only to India but also to Pakistan, the UAE and other countries in Southeast Asia. The next step could be the opening in Belarus of an office of the Confederation of Indian Industry.

Alexander Evseychik, director of a logistics company:
Logistics, particularly in Belarus, is quite developed. And we want to address our capabilities to the Indian side. We urge Indian partners to open a logistics center here to promote the products and the market of Belarus, and the market of the Customs Union.

Sreekumar Nair, senior director of the Confederation of Indian Industry:
We see Belarus as a part of Eurasia. Members of our congress want to establish an office here and work with the countries of the Eurasian Union.
