Girl from Belarus becomes First Vice Miss in Super Model Universe 2016

The Belarusian Elizaveta Shikuta has become First Vice Miss in the competition Super Model Universe 2016 in Bulgaria's capital Sofia from 1 to 5 November.

She qualified for the competition after participating in Miss Grodno 2016, where she was noticed by the national director of international competitions Svetlana Kuznetsova (Mrs Universe 2013). 

The main title was contested by more than 30 countries, with the victory going to a girl from Australia. 

On the men's side, Belarus was represented by 19-year-old Andrei Ladonko-Svadkovsky from Bobruisk. Winning that competition was a well-known TV presenter and actor from India. 

The competition Super Model Universe is designed to open the future faces of fashion and give the start to young and promising models. Girls from 18 to 22 years with a height of not less than 175 cm and young people of 18-23 years (height not less than 180 cm) were invited to partake. For three days, the girls participated in a fashion show, demonstrated fashion clothes and accessories. Well-known stylists worked with models.
