Ivan Gorbach, director of a company:
We now dry 45-50% but will do 80-90%. This is because it enjoys very good demand in Russia and it is 2-2.5 times more expensive. And we export it. Demand is high. It is used in confectionery, bakery. In food Industry too.
The project costs 1,260,000 euros. We do not take loans at interest; we will build this shop using own funds.
