The football team of Belarus drew their match against Luxembourg in the FIFA World Cup 2018 qualifier.
Belarusians took possession and had playing advantage throughout the game, but the visitors successfully repelled all attacks of Alexander Khatskevich's team for a long time. However, the hosts' perseverance brought fruit not long before the final whistle.
After 80 minutes, Pavel Savitsky, a substitute, opened the scoring after being set up by Timofei Kalachev and Denis Polyakov. However, Belarusian fans, who had definitely added three points to their team's tally, were shocked to see Luxembourg equalize.
