CTV Director General Yuri Koziyatko receives state award from Belarus President

The Belarus President today addressed both chambers of the Belarusian parliament. In his speech he touched on the most relevant topics of today's economic and political agenda, including the negative trends in the economy, sustainable economic growth, the foreign policy of Belarus and the priorities of the development of the national economy.

 The Oval Hall of the Government House today hosted a joint meeting of both chambers of the Belarusian parliament of the 5th and 6th convocations.

The meeting was attended by members of the House of Representatives and the Council of the Republic representing the interests of the Minsk region. Deputies and senators are convinced that the new parliament will continue working to satisfy the interests of the people.

Nikolai Rodoman, member of the Council of Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus, chairman of the agricultural complex Snov, Nesvizh District:
I can, of course, be proud of the fact that I was elected for the second term. Working in Parliament for four years, I want to say, that we have done tremendous work in the field of lawmaking. With confidence, I can say that the social orientation of the work of the Council of the Republic, where I worked for more than four years, will preserve.The Parliament is comprised of professionals, trained people, who will continue serving our people in the best traditions. 

The Belarus President also presented state awards to MPs of the House of Representatives and members of the Council of the Republic (the upper chamber) of the National Assembly of the 5th convocation. 

CTV Director General Yuri Koziyatko has been awarded the Order of Honor. 

Director of Molodechno's Palace of Culture Svetlana Soroka was awarded the medal of Francysk Skaryna.
