The national football team of Belarus will hold a qualifying match of the World Cup 2018.
The Belarus national team has travelled to Rotterdam where they will take on qualifying Group A rivals the Netherlands. This meeting will be refereed by a Scottish ref team led by Craig Thomson.
The match will take place at the Feyenoord stadium, which seats 51,000 spectators.
In other matches of this group France host Bulgaria at Saint-Denis, while Luxembourg take on Sweden at home. In the opening tour, Belarus sensationally drew against France 0:0, Swedes could not beat the Netherlands at home 1:1, while Luxembourg were close to stunning Bulgaria but eventually lost 3:4 away.
Belarus' U21 team today will complete their qualifying campaign for the Euro 2017 tournament.
At Stadium Myjava manager Igor Kovalevich's Belarus meet hosts Slovakia in group 8. In the first round of the competition the Belarusians defeated Slovaks in Slutsk with a minimum score of 1:0, but then played unevenly and lost the chance to get into the playoffs the U21 European championship.
Standings: Slovakia - 15 points (6 games, goal difference - 17-4), the Netherlands - 11 (7, 11-9), Turkey - 10 (7, 6-7), Belarus - 8 (7, 6-8), Cyprus - 4 (7, 3-15).
