Sasha Minenok, representative of Belarus at 2016 Junior Eurovision Song Contest: I’m learning all the time

Do you think about your school now?

Sasha Minenok, representative of Belarus at 2016 Junior Eurovision Song Contest:
Frankly speaking, all my thoughts are about Malta.

Are you family members making some concessions during that active period of your life?

Sasha Minenok, representative of Belarus at 2016 Junior Eurovision Song Contest:
They are less strict about my school performance, however, I’m still learning something all the time, in the train, in the car.

It wasn’t clear who would win, you or Olga Konovalova. Were you nervous at that moment?

Sasha Minenok, representative of Belarus at 2016 Junior Eurovision Song Contest:
I was scared. I thought I would lose, although I wanted to win so much.  I wasn’t feeling good at the beginning, but I realized that everything can change at the last moment. After the results had been announced, I came to Olga and said:”It doesn’t matter how the jury voted. The most important thing is how the viewers voted. It’s already a victory!”

How is the preparation for the contest going?

Tatsiana Truhan, art director of the Belarusian theatre Syabrynka:
At the moment, Sasha has a very busy schedule. There are a lot of interviews and concerts now. Sasha is very popular in the media.

Have you already thought about your future career?

Sasha Minenok, representative of Belarus at 2016 Junior Eurovision Song Contest:
I’m not sure whether I will be singing or I’ll be a host at concerts. The only thing I want is to do it for the audience, for people. However, I will still continue my musical education.
