Belarus’ President instructed to provide farmers with necessary conditions to sell their products

President Alexander Lukashenko has instructed to provide farmers with all the conditions necessary to sell their products. The Head of State said it, when listening to  the report of Deputy Prime Minister Mikhail Rusy and Minister of Agriculture and Food Leonid Zayats.

The officials reported on the financial status of agriculture, the results of the harvesting campaign and its technical support. The President stressed that farmers should be given every opportunity in order to enable them to sell their products, thereby satisfying the demand of the population.

Alexander Luashenko, President of Belarus:
People want to have domestic products in shops. People started to understand that they don’t know anything about the imported products and if there is something wrong, people won’t have any idea where to go and who is to blame. In case with domestic products, people can be sure that if something is wrong, the President will find the person responsible for that. I’m saying that the majority of Belarusian prefer domestic products. This is good. They are satisfied with our products. They are interested whether we will have enough products today, tomorrow, during the winter and spring until new harvest. I’m interested in it too.
