Chinese tourists will be allowed to enter Belarus without a visa from September 2016. The relevant agreement between the two governments has come into force.
Groups of travelers numbering five or more people, organized by tour operators, may enter the territory of Belarus without special permission.
It is enough to have a passport and an invitation.
In 2015, Belarus allowed Chinese tourists who arrived in Belarus on direct flights from China stay in the country without a visa for up to three days. The only mandatory requirement in this case is a valid Schengen visa.
