Students from Russia, Ukraine helping renovate Dinamo Stadium in Minsk

Students from Russia, Ukraine and Belarus are helping to renovate Dinamo Stadium in Minsk. All in all, there are 35 students employed. Many of these guys worked here in the past year.

Now they are carrying out earthworks, fastening rebars and pouring concrete. The international "squad" receives free food as well as a cultural and sports program.

Andrei Platun, commander of a student team:
Work in the student team is important because you can earn money. First of all, it's earnings. And secondly, you can bring some benefits to the country, not just kill time in the summer.

Denis Chubakha, commander of the construction team (Ukraine):
The guys are all excited, I know it. They are thrilled by how the economy works here. Here, sports complexes are being built. This stems from the fact that the youth is busy here. We in Ukraine have a different situation.

Viktor Bordichenko, member of a consolidated student team (Ukraine):
Indeed, here we feel the fraternal spirit and mutual support.

This year, more than 10,000 students have joined various works in Minsk alone. Now in Belarus, about 300 student teams are working in different fields: environmental, educational, agricultural, construction and service sector.
