Belarus 12th in 2016 Eurovision semifinal 2

Belarus took 12th place in the Eurovision's second semifinal, read the results published by the European Broadcasting Union on May 15 after the Eurovision Grand Final, which was won by Ukraine, followed by Austalia and Russia. 

The country was represented by IVAN, with the song Help You Fly. IVAN scored 52 points in televoting and 84 points from professional jury. Australia won the second semifinal (142 and 330 points), with Ukraine second (152, 287) and Belgium third  (135, 274).

Belarus' jury put 12 points in that semifinal to Belgium, 10 to Lithuania, 8 to Australia, 7 to Ukraine, 6 to Norway, 5 to Serbia, 4 to Bulgaria, 3 to Denmark, 2 to Georgia and 1 to Israel.

Ahead of Belarus, in 11th place, was FYR Macedonia, while Switzerland took last place.

The next Eurovision Song Contest will take place in Ukraine in 2017.
