Belarus national football team keep clean sheet for 5th game in row

The Belarus national football team played out an away draw in a friendly against Montenegro team, 0:0.

In the ninth minute Belarus striker Sergei Kornilenko was sent off for hitting defender Marko Baša.

Nevertheless, this fact did not affect the quality of the game of Belarus, who resisted the pressure of higher-class Montenegro.

Both the Montenegrins and the Belarusian national team had decent chances. Maksim Volodko was left alone in the center of the penalty area but missed. Fatos Beqiraj could win it for Montenegro but hit the post at the end of the game.

The team of Belarus has not conceded a goal in games in a row. Prior to that, coach Alexander Khatskevich's (pictured) side won at Luxembourg 2:0, Slovakia 1:0, and drew with FYR Macedonia (0:0) and Armenia (0:0).
