Representatives of 40 Russian regions will arrive in Minsk this June for the Forum of Belarusian and Russian regions, which will bring together the largest producers of the two countries. The main topic of the meeting will be the social policy and humanitarian cooperation.
The second forum of regions in Sochi resulted in a weighty portfolio of agreements worth more than $250 million. This time, the organizers set a higher bar. Therefore, they plan to present the full industrial potential of Belarus.
Anatoly Rusetsky, Deputy Chairman of the Council of Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus:
At the exhibition, we will show what we can, so that we continue to build our relationships, including our major trading partner - the Russian Federation. In addition to social topics we will be talking about economy, machinery, equipment, and technology. We have done our best to represent ourselves in a broad number of fields and present our achievements. I mean technological and scientific ones.
