Google launches internet marketing training program in Belarus

Google has launched the training program The Graduate in online marketing in the business incubator of the Belarusian Park of High Technologies.

At the official opening of the program Google representatives told the public about the history and trends of development of the Internet. Experts noted that the proportion of mobile traffic is constantly increasing. 

On average, mobile devices account for 30% of world internet traffic. This gives rise to the need to create mobile versions of websites for easy access. 

45% of Belarus' population uses smartphones.

According to Google's business development manager in Belarus, Natalia Korobko, an online market of the country has great potential and is constantly growing. According to Google marketing specialists, in the coming years, Belarusian online market growth will outpace the growth of the online market in Western Europe. Taking this into account, Google plans to further develop the Belarusian market, to promote digital services and help agencies work with small and medium-sized businesses.

The Graduate is a program to train specialists in the field of internet marketing in Belarus and Kazakhstan. The program is designed to help adapt to the current trends of online business and provides some vital tools. Google certified coaches will teach students modern technologies in the field of internet marketing.

Training will take place online. Participants of the program will get access to webinars and video conferences. The program is designed for students from different faculties. At the end of the program, students who successfully complete the program will receive special certificates. 

The best students will have an opportunity to pass a paid internship at one of the leading companies of Belarus. The program is fully free.
