For Spiritual Revival awards ceremony due in Belarus January 12

Today, January 12, there will be awarded prizes of the President of Belarus "For Spiritual Revival" and special prizes of culture and art. Among the winners are journalists and scientists, doctors and priests, artists, historians and actors. These are authors and labor groups, as well as persons whose works in 2015 in the humanitarian, cultural and scientific spheres were awarded at a state level. A tradition to encourage such people appeared in Belarus in 1997. During the existence of the award "For Spiritual Revival", people of different professions were honored.

Elena Ulezka, physician:
When a small child is finally in the hands of an obstetrician, especially when a doctor has long fought for the life of this child is something akin to magic. My center Mother and Child works with the most difficult birth cases and we still do help these women to give birth. This is why our center has received this award.

Veniamin, Bishop of Borisov and Maryina Gorka:
We need to use the spiritual heritage left by our ancestors as much as possible. There is nothing better. The best approach to the education of a person is to use the ways people used before. And we see what holy people were raised.

Also, there will be awarded a special prize of the President "Belarusian Sports Olympus". It went to the CTV journalist, coach and TV presenter of the program "Sports Week" Sergei Kanashits
