Chinese investment will be directed into the Student's Village. At the intersection of Dzerzhinsky Avenue and Semashko Street in Minsk there will appear a new dormitory.
The Chinese design is ready: the building will have a fitness room, a cafe and all facilities for people with disabilities.
The project is estimated at $40 million. The dorm will become home for about 1,000 students, built in 2018.

This dorm is being built for the BNTU and with the support of the BNTU, primarily this is engineering and organizational assistance. Living there will be BNTU students. It will be home for both Belarusian and Chinese students.
