FC Krumkachy Minsk have promoted to the Belarusian Premier League, the highest football league of Belarus. In a crucial First League game, Krumkachy beat Dnepr Mogilev 2:0. Therefore, FC Krumkachy and two more football clubs – Gorodeya and Isloch – have managed to break into the top division.

FC Krumkachy was founded in 2011 and at first they played in Minsk Amateur Football championship in 7x7 and 8x8 formats. In the 2014 season, the team made its debut in the Belarusian Second League where they won right to play in a higher football league at a go. And now they are in the top Belarusian division, from the first attempt. It is noteworthy that the club has a modest $100,000 budget and is not sponsored by the government, which is rather unique for the present Belarusian football.

FC BATE Borisov again won the Belarusian Premier League, several tours before the end of the championship.
