Venezuelan girls mastering armored vehicles at Belarusian National Technical University

Girls from Venezuela are learning how to deal with armored cars in Minsk. The girls are studying at the Military-Technical Faculty of the Belarusian National Technical University (BNTU), which has recently entered the top 100 best universities in the world, according to QS EECA.

The girls have come to study in Belarus in the framework of a military cooperation program between Belarus and Venezuela.

Igor Yankovsky, associate professor of the department of armored vehicles, military-technical faculty of BNTU:
This is the first time girls have been studying this specialty at our faculty. They are future deputy armament commanders of companies. A tank is a heavy machine. It uses tools and accessories that a girl as a commander will find difficult to work with. But if they want it they will definitely succeed.
