Union Shield 2015. The military of Belarus and Russia have started the second phase of joint drills. During the three days, at the Kirillovsky firing range in the Leningrad region, they will practice issues of command and control in the course of hostilities.
The focus is on mobile defense, blocking and destruction of illegal armed groups, as well as counter-attack, during which lost control of some territories will be restored.

The Armed Forces of Belarus and the Russian Armed Forces will act together. For working out and testing new and advanced techniques and methods of warfare, headquarters management developed quite interesting operational and tactical scenarios. Without specifying their content, I would like to note that these episodes will force commanders to make decisions quickly, act quickly.
