The President of Belarus will take part in a session of the CSTO Collective Security Council. It will open September 15 in Dushanbe, but the heads of the member states will arrive in the capital of Tajikistan today.
The agenda includes more than 15 questions. In particular, the parties will discuss the current state of affairs in the Collective Security Treaty Organization also focusing on the organization's budget for 2016.
After the meeting in Tajikistan Alexander Lukashenko will go on a working visit to Sochi, where he will take part in the 2nd Forum of Regions of Russia and Belarus, due on September 17-18. The main topics are integration of the financial potential of the two countries, the diversification of national economies, and the creation of new industries.
