Minsk residents solemnly meet Darya Domracheva, biathlete No.1 in the world

Darya Domracheva was solemnly met at National Airport Minsk after arriving home from her most successful World Cup season ever. Relatives, friends and many fans of the athlete gathered in the arrival hall to extend a warm welcome to the renowned biathlete.

The three-time Olympic champion, twice world champion, Hero of Belarus, and now the winner of the Big Crystal Globe - this is all our Dasha. She won this season's overall World Cup standings. This is the first Big Crystal Globe in Domracheva's career.

At the World Cup 2015, Daria nine times made it to the highest step of the podium. The greatest number of wins - four - were in the pursuit. Domracheva won the sprint races two times and became the first in the mass start on the same number of occasions. The Belarusian also won the first World Cup in Sweden in the individual event.
