Another big win Belarus and new success of Darya Domracheva. On December 20, Domracheva won the women's 10K pursuit at the World Cup in Slovenia's Pokljuka. Darya came to the finish line 10 seconds ahead of her main rival - Kaisa Mäkäräinen of Finland.

Domracheva missed only once during the race.

Belarus' Nadezhda Skardino, who took 6th place in the end, showed a clean shooting.

President Alexander Lukashenko congratulated Domracheva on such a brilliant victory.

Skardino came in third in the mass start race the next day, on December 21.

The Belarusian biathlete shot clean again and lost 16 seconds to the winner Kaisa Mäkäräinen. The Finnish missed twice but was quicker.

The second at the finish was France's Anais Bescond.

Team leader Darya Domracheva, collided with one of biathletes and fell damaging the rifle.

She replaced the weapon on the second shooting range but this did not help. Having missed four times, Domrachava did not finish the race.
